  • Upon ordering, you can select the one you prefer for that delivery – work or home. You can also use an alternative address if you want to send a gift to someone.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

  • www.OldNestFarms.com offers 10 AED Delivery Charges service for all orders if the order amount is above AED 30 for All over the UAE, except some last mile rural areas.

DELIVERY TIMINGS:

  • We deliver every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. All orders received by www.OldNestFarms.com till 3:00 PM every day are processed on the same day or the next day.
  • While purchasing your item(s), please remember to provide us with a mobile phone number. Our dedicated delivery team will call you when they’re on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival. They will deliver all the items to your doorstep

CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER:

  • An order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you provided when you place an order.
  • All orders will be delivered by our own staff using our own vehicles. We will make every effort to deliver within the time, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.
  • At OldNestFarms.com, we understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time or if you would like to change the time of delivery, etc.
  • Products at OldNestFarms.com are readily available for sale as long as they are in stock. Customers are notified through e-mail or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled currently.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.
  • Please note that we do not do international shipping.
  • We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of the product you order. Some products are delivered directly by our supplier and the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery.
  • Whilst we make considerable effort to deliver all your products within 48 working hours of the date of your order, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time. Supplier-delivered products for areas outside of main city limits that are classed as remote or semi-remote may take up to 5 working days dependent on supplier schedules.
